La Confitería, Barcelona

We stumbled upon this little gem of a cocktail bar by accident. Set in an classical building over hundred years old and filled to the ceiling with cocktail supplies.

Having all kinds of weird and wonderful cocktails on the menu we just had to try some. All came with funky accessories and something burning ;) If you ever end up in the area you have to stop for a drink!

Signature drink gets served on a tiny shipping pallet ;)
Yes that is a bell pepper :D
Tasty!

Fauna, Valparaiso

faunahotel.cl
Paseo Dimalow 166, Calle Alegre, Valparaiso

Based in the old town in the hills you find Fauna, a bar/ restaurant/ hotel with one of the best views in town. The interior is of modern design with a lot of wood and metal.
The wine and menus are a bit pricier but very good. This is is definitely the place to have an afternoon drink and enjoy the beauty of Valparaiso.

Casa Nuratti & Gato Blanco, Panama City

casanuratti.com

In the beautiful old part of the City is Casa Nuratti, a hotel / restaurant / bar. The two Italien guys who own this place have excellent taste in interior design. If you like to spent a little more (around 100$ a night) this is a well located and beautiful choice.

On the rooftop you will finde the lovely Gato Blanco bar. They have a good selection of wine, skyline view including a nice breeze. At some evenings a jazz band performs. All in all a really relaxed and peaceful place to enjoy a drink in good company!

Raw Sushi, Bocas del Toro

If you like sushi you are in very good hands at Raw Sushi right in the center of Bocas. Its a beautiful restaurant / bar with tables right at the sea an really good music. The food doesn't only look good, it's also really delicious and the team seems to have fun at work.
From 4pm to 6pm they have happy hour: 1 sushi roll 4$ and a beer 1$ (try the Soberana beer - fits well even with sushi).

Rio Coco Cafe, Utila

www.riococobeans.com

Rico Coco Cafe is a small Coffee shop close to Underwater Vision run by a very friendly american couple. She bakes every day different fresh cakes, muffins an other delicious things - my advice, try the chocolate cake! And most important, they have the best internet on the island!
The Rio Coco Cafe is part of an no profit organisations, witch run's schools along the river Coco in Nicaragua.

This tiny wine bar/restaurant right on the main shopping strip/pedestrian street is wonderful! The staff is super friendly and always brings you nice little snacks, I love popcorn!

Every glass of wine you order comes with a free tapas! A bottle brings you a whole platter! Awesome concept! Just encouraged us to drink more ;)
